Currently when you create new Connection Profile and open SQL Scrapbook, Connection profile combo boxes aren't predefined although desired values are known. User needs to select it again. It would be good to have it predefined according to Connection profile from where SQL Scrapbook is invoked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define Connection Profile
2. Right click on it and open SQL Scrapbook
3. Connection profile combos are not predefined
