Given SCHEMA1 that imports SCHEMA2, everything works fine if bootstrapping from an InputSource, but fails if coming from a Node.  This is due to the introduction of a blank SYSTEM_ID during schema parsing, that later clashes with the SYSTEM_ID returned from the EntityResolver.

The same issue exists if trying to use XJC external bindings files.  A fix for this is also included in this patch.
