I20101029-1118.

The key binding is missing in the tool tip of the 'Mark Occurrences' toolbar button.

I just tried this on a new workspace with I20101112-0047 and I see 'Toggle Mark Occurrences (Alt+Shift+O)' there.

However, we are planning to do some reworking of the toolbars in the future so I'll leave this bug open to remind ourselves to check this again after the new code is in place.

For the record, it is gone again as of I20110512-2200.

The keybinding is showing up again in I20110517-2200. Not sure what was the cause though.

Verified in I20110518-2200 that it works.
