Update from 3.5.2 to 3.6.1 fails with the following error:
An error occurred during the org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.CheckTrust phase.
  session context was:(profile=epp.package.jee, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.provisional.p2.engine.phases.CheckTrust, operand=, action=).
  Error reading signed content.
  The file "C:\Program Files\eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.draw2d_3.6.1.v20100913-2020.jar" does not exist

Resolving as WONTFIX because transition from 3.5.2 to 3.6.1 is not a current problem any more.
