Cannot create connection to an existing artifact using popup menu.

Steps to reproduce: 
1. Create 2 artifacts 
2. Create a diagram 
3. Add created artifacts to diagram 
4. Drag connection and drop in arbitrary place 
5. Selecting in the popup menu "Create Extends From" -> "Existing element" 

Nothing happens when i select "Existing element"
