When a text is putted in report with content in capital letters and accents, the engine generate a error: "+ There is no report design object available."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a report
2.Add a label with text in capital letters and accents. Example: "TÉSTE" 
3.Run the report.

I can not reproduce this issue in latest 2.6.2 RCP designer.

Could you please elaborate how you run the report, including the birt version you were using.

I can not reproduce this issue with 2.6.1 release All-In-One(webviewer preivew).

Thank you for your reply Xiaoying Gu.

I found the problem.
I added the Birt engine inside in my product and I was changing the 
rptdesign file for inserting some datas, but I forgot to define the encoding "UTF-8".

Sorry for opened this bug and thank you for you help.
