There is around 20% performance regression for FullSourceWorkspaceBuildTests#testFullBuildProjectDefault(). This happens only on windows machine for 1.5 Java. Also FullSourceWorkspaceBuildTests#testFullBuildProjectAllWarnings() and FullSourceWorkspaceBuildTests#testFullBuildProjectNoWarning() does seem to have considerable regression. 
This problem seems to have got introduced around 29th September.

The results are good after this. Hence resolving.
