The 3.7 builds come prepopulated with the 
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7 p2 repository.

This repository does not yet exist which results in an error message when checking for IBuild updates.

I would suggest creating an empty repository at this location so the error message is avoided.

Fixed, artifacts.jar and content.jar replicating to eclipse.org.
