I installed eclipse 3.5.2 -6 ubuntu1 in ubuntu10.10 amd64. Eclipse installation went well. But the new software additions generate errors like reported as unknown host 

Some sites could not be found.  See the error log for more detail.
  No repository found at http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/updates/.
  No repository found at http://www.papyrusuml.org/home/liblocal/docs/updates/papyrus.
