As part of our effort to drop Motif, we need to provide an alternate build on HPUX. We've chosen to go with HPUX GTK ia64_32 for now. We'd like to have it added to the regular builds (our libraries are ready to go - adding Andrew for a launcher). Thanks!

I replaced the hpux motif with hpux gtk ia64_32.  For good measure, I also removed the solaris.motif.sparc swt drop.
