In the Profile Diagram, there are some SetValueCommand built with a SetRequest. We should use the Element Edit Service and the SetRequest to get these Commands. We can see bug 324966 for more details on the Element Edit Service

In r3220, done for :
	- CustomSemanticCreateCommand
	- CustomExtensionItemSemanticEditPolicy
	
Not done for : 
	- AssociationBranchDeletion
	- DependencyBranchDeletion
	- MultiDependencyHelper
	
It's not done for these classes, because, currently, the multi association and the multi dependency are removed from the Palette.

This bug can be marked as closed fixed. These elements are not available in the Profile Diagram.
