Trying to change/upgrade to Texo (http://wiki.eclipse.org/Texo) where applicable. Also would add EMF support for UnitsML ;-)

Or JAXB where EMF (basis for Texo) isn't available or appropriate.

Sent message regarding UnitsML Asynchronous participation (2 weeks) to Dragoset and Carlisle at NIST, so far no response.
Thus UnitsML must be considered inactive or a lower priority from NIST's end. 
Should there be no response after the 2 weeks, consider closing this for now.
