Currently the rwt-Spinner (client) inherits from the qooxdoo spinner, which is also used by DateTimeDate.js, DateTimeTime.js. The qooxdoo-spinner should be moved to rwt-namespaces, refactor to match our coding-conventions and renamed BasicSpinner.
