Attached test1.css and test2.css. When we copy test1.css and test2.css, the editor freezes the UI (cpu goes upto 100% )for several minutes. This maybe duplicate of 289586.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy test1.css into test2.css
2. UI freezes
