This seesm to be an issue similar to the job-launch progress bar issue. The branch in the code which should move server state from STARTING to STARTED is not called. I need now to check to see if that branch is just missing or whether it needs an event from the proxy it is not getting. This was a simple fix. The started message was being issued on stderr instead of stdout. I won't check in the change until you're done, Greg. |
Created attachment 182732 [details] screen shot When you start the PBS RM, you get the (attached) message box concerning "running version checker". It never seems to complete or exit. Canceling it, however, seems benign and does not affect the functioning of the RM.
