The General->Appearance preference page contain duplicate hot keys for the Label 'Use mixe&d fonts and colors for labels' and the button 'Restore &Defaults'. Due to this, the button 'Restore Defaults' is not accessible through hot key.

The file org.eclipse.ui.workbench\Eclipse UI\org\eclipse\ui\internal\messages.properties has to be modified to accommodate the necessary change.
