Without going in preference, an "advanced" validate command should give access before execution to a selection window where the user can directly decide which set of rules will be verified.

The selection window may possibly look like current Validation preference dialog but in the selection is only used by the current validation execution.

Added new commands to model explorer. These enable the selection before validation (changes committed to trunk)
