The text describing the linked path variable check box on the second page of the utility jar import wizard is displaying the &, and is not scrollable.

to Reproduce:
  Right click an Ear and choose Import > JavaEE Utility Jar.
  Click Next to show the second page of the wizard.

Proposed Patch

Investigation:
  As the text is not displayed in the title of a button, the Accelerator key can not link to anything.

  Additionally, the text is not currently scrollable unless the check box is enabled. However, information describing when the check box is enabled is at the end of the description and may not be readable if the wizard window is not large enough.


Proposed Patch:
  Remove the Accelerator character from the text.
  Set the text area to always be enabled.
