Still present in 1.1 . Also, I don't think this is an enhancement request . Removing files and not having any indication in the package explorer or similar is pretty dangerous. Pushed a change to fix this: https://git.eclipse.org/r/6941 merged as 3e8140d09d2bd7061d5e07129f6631ee09fd7e5e |
