The virgo programmer documentation guide suggests:

* http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e3.6/ (not yet available at the time of writing)
* http://dist.springsource.com/release/TOOLS/update/e3.5/
* http://dist.springsource.com/milestone/TOOLS/update/e3.6/ (recommended at the time of writing) 

However, these are now available and so the clause can be removed from the documentation, possibly also removing the 'recommended' from the milestone one.
