1. Open a text editor.
2. Select some text.
3. Window > Preferences > General > Editors
4. Uncheck the 'Restore editor state on startup' preference.
5. Click 'OK'.
6. Shutdown.
7. Restart.
8. The editor's selection is restored.

Fix released to CVS HEAD.

Verified with I20101207-0250 on Windows XP.
