In the simple most case a BorderAnchor should be attached to a rectangle GA.
The connection end point should be movable to any point of the rectangle border.

A more general version of this anchor would also allow for attaching to RoundedRectangle and Ellipse GAs.

Nice to have enhancement, but requires many discussions and can become quite tricky

I'm thinking of the kind of behavior thats is offered e.g. by the ecorediag class diagram editor.
When a connection is selected the anchor point can be moved on the class border.
