WSDL editor crashes when opening a WSDL file.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
This bug is opened since the appending to bug 305973 hasn't got any attention. The detailed information has been appended to bug 305973
1. Install WTP on IES SDK 3.6.1
2. Start Eclipse and open a WSDL file
