It seems to be impossible to create a new linked file from a template.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. If you use the wizard File > New > Source/Header file you cannot create a linked file.
2. If you use the wizard File > New > File from Template you can create a linked file (click Advanced for this option). However the selected template is not used by the wizard. It asks if an empty file should be created which makes no sense in my opinion.
