Bug 32939

Summary: [Import/Export] Import existing Project
Product: [Eclipse Project] Platform Reporter: Tadahiko Nakamura <tadahiko>
Component: UIAssignee: Platform-UI-Inbox <Platform-UI-Inbox>
Status: RESOLVED DUPLICATE QA Contact:
Severity: normal
Priority: P3
Version: 2.0.2
Target Milestone: ---
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 2000
Whiteboard:

Description Tadahiko Nakamura CLA 2003-02-25 07:56:58 EST
When importing an existing project into workspace, first select a project A with
the Browse button , then select another project B with the Browse button
again. But the project name field value will not be changed (also edit inhibited)
and the project name 'A' keeps existing in the project name field. The result is
that there is project B content imported on the workspace with the name of
project A.

If the project B is the project which is on workspace-root, project name field
turns to be editable, then the correct project name B will appear when user
deletes character string on the name field (name A).

please let us know on the platform-ui-dev mailing list.
