This bug tracks changes required to allow EclipseLink to discover classes in bundles - the EclipseLink changes can be found in bug 329381.

The Changes are:

1. Stop BundleProxyClassloader from returning an Enumeration containing Null when finding resources that are not available
2. Fix some imports in GeminiServicesUtil
3. Enable Use of new EclipseLink bundle archive through some property and static settings
4. Add a missing call to super in GeminiOSGiInitializer
