This bug is filed to track some upgrades to our OSGi support

1. Support for discovery of classes in persistence unit when using Gemini OSGi
2. Bug fix for classloader used for field classification of DirectCollectionField
3. Addition of an OSGi-aware Bundle-Archive
4. Updates to metadata processing to allow bundles to be searched for resources using the prefix they are expecting

Tested with Gemini OSGi Tests, JPA LRG, and a set of JPA OSGi tests that I have derived from our JPA EntityManagerJunitTestSuite (which will be checked in at a later date)
