We get an NPE, because, in CommonDeferredCreateConnectionViewCommand, 
the lines (IGraphicalEditPart)epRegistry.get(sourceViewAdapter.getAdapter(View.class));
returns AssociationNameEditPart and not AssociationEditPart.
