In 3.x, if the 'showTitle' parameter is 'true' for the standalone view/placeholder addition methods, a stack will be generated for it with DND disabled for that particular stack (to enforce the "standalone" nature of the view).

An IPresentationEngine.NO_TITLE string constant has been added with the changes for bug 330434. Still needs to actually be implemented though.
