True. Will fix for 3.7. I have looked into fixing this. While I could provide a quick fix it would be quite a hack. I am going to use this bug as an opportunity to clean up some of the management of the bundle files. Not for M4. Created attachment 184980 [details]

I released this patch to HEAD. The OSGi CT has been updated to test for this also.
