Right-click on any project in the project explorer, choose “Properties” : you will see properties for Papyrus (unexpected there). Then, if you click, as an example, on “Papyrus/Diagram”, you will get an error (this one is rather expected).

Papyrus doesn't use a specific kind of project. Papyrus models can be stored in any project. This probably won't be fixed.

This exception is fixed.

The general behavior where Papyrus Preferences appear in all Project "Properties" is not considered to be an issue.
