I've added these three example classes that can run standalone:

org.eclipse.emf.cdo.examples.server.OfflineExample.Master
org.eclipse.emf.cdo.examples.server.OfflineExample.Clone
org.eclipse.emf.cdo.examples.server.OfflineExample.Client
