at least one compiler that the edc debugger relies on is currently generating DWARF that contains DWARF_AT_high_address that is loswer than the corresponding DWARF_AT_low_address.

currently, DwarfInfoReader#setupAddresses() handles this by simply applying the high-address of the parent.

a solution which attempts to determine the high-address based upon line-entry info for the badly generated dwarf would be better.

(and yes, best would be to fix the compiler to generate better DWARF; if/when that ever happens, the solution for this issue won't need to get executed; however, it is expected that a version of the compiler that has this bug may exist for a while …)

(this is part of a batch change)

The Eclipse CDT EDC (https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/cdt-debug-edc) is now obsolete and has not had any active development since 2011. Therefore the still open bugs are being marked as wontfix.

The git repo for the project still exists for posterity at https://git.eclipse.org/c/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt.edc.git/
