Build Identifier: 3.6.1

When creating an EMF project bundle, the Bundle-Version defaults to 1.0.0. However, if you create a new bundle in Eclipse PDE it defaults to 1.0.0.qualifier. It would be better if EMF used the .qualifier as well, since P2 does so badly in qualifier-less bundles.

Create a new empty EMF project.

The enhancement is committed to CVS for 2.7.

The changes are available in EMF 2.7 M7 or an earlier build.
