Under Local Files
1. RMB on a folder with files->Show in table (files are shown)
2. RMB on a folder with no file->Shown in table (above files are still shown)
3. RMB on another folder with files->Shown in table (above files are still shown)

This occurs for any file subsystems.

Need this fix backported to 3.2.2+.  I opened Bug355529 for the backport
