Description Frank Becker CLA 2010-10-31 15:12:32 EDT
Bugzilla 4.0rc1 is released soon so I think we should prepare for the New Default Status Workflow
Comment 1 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-11-17 02:11:11 EST
+1 It's important that we support Bugzilla 4.0.
Comment 2 Frank Becker CLA 2010-11-17 16:39:21 EST
OK,

I hope that I can finish the patch in the next 4 days.

But I need to update the Mylyn Bugzilla repositories.

test repositories are updated and the patch is now in HEAD.

Please test the new workflow and reopen when you find problems.
Comment 6 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-11-22 12:41:50 EST
The changes introduced new API. We need to add appropriate @since tags. Before we do that, can you please file a separate bug tagged as API to describe the purpose of the new meta attributes?

Steffen,

should I revert the patch?

Sorry I set up an new workspace and did not set up the API Baseline.

I can try to implement an BugzillaEditorActionPart to remove the API Change

Thoughts?
Comment 9 Steffen Pingel CLA 2010-11-22 17:15:32 EST
I didn't mean to imply that I am against the change. I just would like to track that part of the patch in a separate bug and discuss how to best design the API because it touches the tasks framework.

Frank, can you make the necessary changes in Bugzilla to make use of the new TaskAttribute.META_DISABLED meta-data attribute (bug 331154)?
