SAVE AS out of step with Explorer tree

SAVE AS dialog - path manually overtyped
The Save As dialog is the standard Eclipse dialog and it is not RSE-aware. What is displayed in there are the local Eclipse projects and contained resources that exist in the workspace, nothing 'remote'. The RemoteTempFilesProject is a special RSE project used for storing temporary remote files that have been downloaded to the workspace for editing or file transfer. If there were nothing in the RSE file cache, then you would see this tree of corresponding remote resources in there. This project and it's cached resources are not supposed to show in views like the Project Explorer or resource dialogs, however, the Save As case is unavoidable because Eclipse editors are RSE-independent. |
