- Open a HTML file in the editor
- Drag & Drop php or HTML file from outside of the program

Result:
- The file is not opened in the Editor, but only shown as a path placed in the already opened html file

Expected:
To open the draged file.

Reproducible on MAC OS and Windows XP (Win7 not tested)
Not reproducible on Ubuntu 64 bit and Fedora 12 32 bit

it works for php editor,it is not a pdt bug,a bug of wtp
