We already have support for slush bucket property editor for handling the
case where user needs to select zero or more items from a set of possible
values. In some cases, a checkbox list would function or look better. This
tracks creating checkbox list property editor.

Property editor implemented. A usage example can be seen in the gallery sample.

Due to Oracle adopter usecases, this needs to be backported to 0.1 release.

Verified with latest Saphhire build. The "Multi-Select Lists" works as expected.
