Re-opening as multi-monitor support is still broken. I have two monitors. The left one is the primary. If I run Eclipse on the right monitor and activate info popup, the popup appears on the left monitor. Noticed a problem that could be related to the FormText patch. Haven't tried to isolate it, so it could be something else. In any case, on my Win 7 machine, running with the patch, I've noticed a problem after hovering over links in FormText. The links change color when you hover. The problem is that they get fuzzy. I think what is happening is that old text isn't getting erased prior to painting text with new color. Without anti-aliasing, this wouldn't be a problem since the text would always cleanly cover up anything beneath it. With anti-aliasing, you get some bizzare results as colors from previous text version mix with the new. From Ling Hao: -------------- I did not notice any fuzzy text on Windows XP. Fingers crossed it is not a Windows 7 specific issue. From Ling Hao: -------------- Fixed multi monitor issue. I am consistently seeing fuzzy links on Win7 with FormText patch and no problems without patch. This needs to be looked into. - fixed fuzzy text by copying FormText including patch V2 ( Bug 284393) into Sapphire and remove hover over behavior (to be consistent with SWT Link) Verified using samples. |
