Several issues in the doc plugin:
- the psd file for all icons was added to the binaray build. There is no need, as this is just a file that should be kept on the svn. Size of the file: 15.000 ko
- the icons of Papyrus which are displayed on the head of the help pages were not resized, and are present several times: Size of the file : 3.000 ko. No of occurence: 3

We now have a new documentation plug-in. This task is not valid anymore (Although it might reappear if we reintroduce parts of the initial doc plug-in)
