Pbs to open Papyrus perspective in runtime environment

It is impossible to set Papyrus perspective.
An error occurs

Congifuration used Helios 3.6.1 MDT + Papyrus nightly build 2010272018

I launch a runtime configuration
In the runtime environment I try to open the papyrus perspective
I get an Error message 

Could not create the view: Plug-in org.eclipse.papyrus.modelexplorer was unable to load class org.eclipse.papyrus.modelexplorer.ModelExplorerPageBookView.
