I'll be setting the label to empty for M3 but we are still investigating how this should look / work. First off is that it shouldn't even be there unless the EA is split...

Note that this will only take effect for new perspectives since this does not affect the deltas.

Is there a master bug on the editor area? "Polish" is the right word here. Editors in 3.x fit very nicely amongst the views. In 4.x, not so much. I imagine you guys are already looking at that. Just trying to find where the discussion is happening. Thanks!

We've completed about as much of this as we can in 4.2. The 'area' now has fly out min/max buttons and no title if the area is split.

I expect that we'll continue to address issues here in the future but those would be best addressed in a separate defect...
