ti/targets/arm/IArm.xdc currently has the alignment for the ‘t_LLong' type as ‘4’, but it needs to be ‘8’.

The ROV test DecoderTest1 uncovered this.

- fixed in xdctargets-c31

I ran basic.size example for all Arm COFF and ELF TI targets to confirm that 8 byte types have the alignment of 4 on COFF, and 8 on ELF.

The “Whiteboard:” field for the bug is not populated. So it was not picked up in the release notes and also missed out on the fix verify list for the release. 
Alan – If you are satisfied with the fix can you put a note in the bug report? I will change the bug state to VERIFIED.

(1)  Any ideas how this didn’t get picked up in the 3.20.05 release notes?   This change was made between 3.20.04 and 3.20.05 GA releases.

(2)  The relnotes archive directory for 3.20.05 is missing the relnotes for 3.20.02, 3.20.03, and 3.20.04.  Can you please fix this for 3.20.06?  Thanks.
