I20101025-1800 Steps: package t; public class Snippet { private static void p() { System.out.println("test"); } } 1) Externalize the string 'test' using the 'Externalize Strings' wizard 2) Click on the key (by default has a value 0) and edit 3) Type any character in the value field => It says 'Key is not a valid Java Identifier' because it considers only 0 as the key and not the <prefix>_0 which is a valid key. Also when I type a '\'in the common prefix box it appears as '\\' in the key and '\\' appears as '\\\\' although it validates the '\' and disables the finish button, it shows incorrectly in the key.
