I20101025-1800

1. Open two Java files.
2. Show/Activate the 'Javadoc' view.
3. Ctrl+Shift+W
4. Only the first editor is closed.

Is the browser hijacking the keybinding or something?
Comment 1 Remy Suen CLA 2010-10-26 08:04:51 EDT
Broken on 3.6.0 also.

I have IE 6 and Firefox 3.6.11 on this computer.

Reopening as it might not be an exact duplicate but probably related to the other two bugs. The problem is that the key code is 0 when hitting Ctrl+Shift+W. It eats the 'Shift':

Event {type=1 WebSite {} time=25045968 data=null x=0 y=0 width=0 height=0 detail=0}
character= keyCode=0

Does it only happen when a browser is the focus control ?

Yep.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
