I've planned to do this for a long time.  Bug 328544 has shamed me into making it happen. Some potentially useful information:

* This code is currently hosted in the "evangelism" folder on www
* Given that we decided some time ago that any files hosted here--while subject to the EPL--are not part of any Eclipse project, a move review is not required.
* This code was included as part of the Examples project creation review documentation.
* We cannot reasonably claim that this code was created under the supervision of the PMC as it predates the creation of the project.

I will attach the code to this bug and create a corresponding CQ.
