Artifact is created on the diagram but in the "Project Explorer" it does not appear

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an artifact
2. Create a diagram
3. Add created artifact to diagram
4. Drag connection and drop in arbitrary place
5. Selecting in the popup menu "Create Extends From" -> "New Element: Managed Entity"

Note: Artifact will be created on the diagram but resource for this will not be created.
