(In reply to comment #1) > May be related to bug 328597. I don't know. The point is that eclipse crash only on 64 bits linux. > > How do you know where it is crashing? Please attach some logs. done bug 328597 is a crash on solaris for this call: Java_org_eclipse_swt_internal_gtk_OS__1pango_1context_1list_1families+0x74 This bug the crash happens here: j org.eclipse.swt.internal.gnome.GNOME._gnome_icon_lookup(JJ[B[BJ[BI[I)J+0 j org.eclipse.swt.internal.gnome.GNOME.gnome_icon_lookup(JJ[B[BJ[BI[I)J+21 j org.eclipse.swt.program.Program.gnome_getProgram(Lorg/eclipse/swt/widgets/Display;Ljava/lang/String;)Lorg/eclipse/swt/program/Program;+178 j org.eclipse.swt.program.Program.findProgram(Lorg/eclipse/swt/widgets/Display;Ljava/lang/String;)Lorg/eclipse/swt/program/Program;+130 j org.eclipse.swt.program.Program.findProgram(Ljava/lang/String;)Lorg/eclipse/swt/program/Program;+4 Please see bug 217803 (In reply to comment #5) > Please see bug 217803 Hi Felipe, I have installed the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Client release 5.4 64 bits from scratch. In the bug 217803, it seams that the problem was or with the upgrading of Ubuntu version or with the xserver. Do you suggest to re-install my gnome stack pakages ? or something else ? Thanks (In reply to comment #6) > Do you suggest to re-install my gnome stack pakages ? or something else ? I was not envolved in bug 217803, so I don't know all the details. But it looks like you are having the same problem, and the solution was to reinstall something. You could: contact the guy in bug 217803 and ask for more help compare the version of the packages in his system and your system, if they are the same chances are they include the same bugs too sorry that I can not be more helpful Armand, if you follow the instructions given in Comment 1 in Bug 333012, do you get the same crash? (In reply to comment #8) > Armand, if you follow the instructions given in Comment 1 in Bug 333012, do you > get the same crash? No, I don't. The file is created in the selected project and a 'gedit' is open to edit the 'blah.xbm'. *** Bug 363882 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** GNOME interaction has been removed. |
