Go to PHP Content Assist preferences page.
Since the check box "Respect case sensitivity" is relevant to constants only, it should be mentioned in check box name, e.g. "Respect case sensitivity for constants" seems much comprehensible.

I think instead of changing label we should apply case sensitivity to CA in general. Or remove this option completely :)
